Senior Software Engineer
Who we are
Superheroes, athletes, geniuses, daredevils… Oh, wait, this was supposed to be about the company? Right, right.
Swiftcourt is a fintech startup that is working towards the vision of making P2P transactions simpler and safer. The way we’re doing this is by helping online marketplaces become transactional through the integration of digital sales contracts, secure payments and other related add-on services. We’re currently working with 12 different marketplaces and have helped over 500K users sign contracts at a transaction value of over €1B. Not too shabby, if you ask us!
What we can offer you
What you’ll do
Your job will be to develop solutions to the architectural challenges that we face on a daily basis. These are closely related to online payments, user systems, E-signing, KYC/identification processes, and version control systems to mention a few. As a senior, you will work closely with junior developers and offer them guidance when necessary.
No one day is like the other at Swiftcourt, and we’re not familiar with “this is how we’ve always done it”. Nope! You’ll be trusted to voice your opinions on how to deal with challenges we’ve never dealt with before. And just like us, you probably think that that’s a pretty darn fun way of working.
What you’ll learn
Apart from the many skills you’ll develop related to your daily tasks, there’s a bigger picture to consider: adopting the startup mentality. Expanding your skill set in an environment that allows you to act fast, learn new things daily and exchange knowledge with an equally fast paced team gives you experience that is not to be taken for granted. It’s something that will make you very desirable in future endeavours.
Who you’ll work with
