About us

We’ve come a long way from where we first started. Swiftcourt was founded in 2013 with the idea of acting as a digital court for people struggling with P2P marketplace transactions. In 2016, we shifted focus and got proactive. Instead of helping people deal with transactions gone wrong, we decided to focus on minimizing the amount of transactions going wrong in the first place. Over 1 million users have since then made safe P2P transactions with Swiftcourt’s digital sales contracts. Yeah, we know. Pretty neat!
