We’re proud to announce our new collaboration with Daft.ie - Ireland’s No. 1 property website
With over 2.5 million users each month Daft.ie is the biggest online property destination in Ireland, connecting landlords and tenants across the country. We’re proud to announce that Daft.ie has chosen to partner up with us at Swiftcourt to make the letting process even safer.
Our contracts are live on Daft.ie’s platform since Wednesday 30 January and make secure digital contracts available exclusively to Daft users. Two days after having posted a property ad the landlord will receive an email with instructions on how to create their digital letting agreement. Using the contract will be completely free of charge for both landlord and tenant.
The goal with the collaboration in the long term is to exchange learnings in order to create more solutions to combat fraud in the letting process, and to make adminstraton of the lease as smooth as possible. As always our contracts are drafted by qualified solicitors specialised in leasehold law, and are signed by the use of legally binding e-signatures.
